FORT LAUDERDALE, FL / ACCESSWIRE / July 17, 2014 / Cardiff International, Inc. (OTCBB: CDIF) (OTC Pink: CDIF) CEO Kathy Roberton announced today the acquisition of Edge View Properties, Inc. has been finalized. Kathy stated "We are pleased to have them in our growing portfolio of acquisitions. We’re excited to have acquired Edge View Properties in its early stages of development with Mark and Steve Adams as part of our acquisition, two of the best real estate developers in the State of Idaho".
Edge View Properties consist of 30 prime acres of land; 23.5 acres zoned MDR (Medium Density Residential) with 12 lots already platted and 48 lots zoned HDR (High Density Residential) with an additional 4 acres of dedicated river front property zoned for recreation on the Salmon River, Idaho's premier whitewater rafting river, and 2.5 acres zoned for commercial use. Current plans call for a Storage Facilities and RV park. All land is in the city limits of Salmon, Idaho – the city; and adjacent to the Frank Church Wilderness Park the largest wilderness park in the lower 48 states.
Mark Adams stated "We are thrilled to be part of a public company that believes in Collaborative Commonwealth. It was suggested in our first Collaborative meeting to use the 4 acres on the Salmon River to develop an RV time share where each pad can be sold up to 50 times." Steve Adams stated "We were sold on the idea when we were first approached with their new governance and as a result the time share concept alone will greatly increase our projected revenue and value of our property."
CDIF is in the final stages of a required 2 year audit as a result of CDIF changing auditors. We anticipate filing the K’s and Q’s within the next two weeks.
