The Company’s Receipt of the Patent Certificate Clearly Validates its Position as a Leader throughout China and its Worldwide Distribution Network
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL / ACCESSWIRE / July 16, 2014 / Water Technologies International, Inc. (OTC Pink: WTII) the leader in the technology in atmospheric water generators production and design announced today that it received the patent certificate from the State Intellectual Property Office of the Peoples Republic of China on July 14, 2014. The Patents were filed in 2011 via the Patent Cooperation Treaty then directly with the patent office in China by the law firm of Harris Shelton Hanover Walsh, PLLC. http://www.harrisshelton.com. The firm continues to work on patents in Brazil, Mexico, India and South Korea. The Company has also received its patent certificate from South Africa and the Company’s law firm continues to work on receiving the final and actual patent certificates in all the aforementioned countries.
Equally important, the Company has entered into a marketing, sales and distribution agreement with Karma USA, Inc. an affiliate of Karma Leasing (China), Ltd. of Beijing &Tianjin, who will also provide financing for the Company’s products throughout the country. Furthermore, the agreement allows for the global distribution of the Company’s product lines through approved distribution channels worldwide.
