Miami Beach’s Clear Title Group closed on the sale of his condo at the Marquis Residences in downtown Miami at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard #4502 and then closed on the purchase of his new condo one floor up at #4601.
Carroll paid $1.2 million for the 2,106-square-foot unit on the 46th floor, according to Miami-Dade County records. He sold the two-bedroom, 1,557-square-foot unit on the 45th for $920,000.
