Since being appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer Harold Rounds has initiated the removal of the "Stop Sign" on the company's OTC listing, supervised the launched of a new, robust and informative website, and directed the development of a social media presence using "Face Book", "Twitter" and "YouTube".
An announcement regarding the launch of an Aerius branded Smart Phone will be made within the next 2-4 weeks.
Aerius International owns the patent on a low power, high performance antenna that reduces the amount of radiation absorbed (SARS) into users by 97% making our phones safer for pregnant women, their unborn and their children, increases talk time 2-4 hours, extends the range of the phone 168% and reduces dropped calls by 60%. Tests that confirmed these results were performed by CTIA and FCC regulated laboratories. The Company is currently in the final stages of testing a new PCS antenna that will operate in conjunction with our existing technology.
Aerius International smart phones will have parental guidance, child safety and end to end talk and SMS, 256 bit encrypted security applications on board.
