At its Annual General Meeting on May 29, 2014, the Company passed resolutions to change its corporate name from Crown Gold Corporation to Crown Mining Corp., and to consolidate its shares on a 1-for-10 basis. These changes were effected on June 30.
Crown Gold has also completed a non-brokered private placement with the sale of 3,000,000 post-consolidation units at a price of $0.10 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds to Crown Gold of $300,000.
