(TSXV: NTS) (OTCQX: NTSFF), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Troy Bullock, CPA, CA, as its new Chief Financial Officer replacing Mr. Brian Causey, CPA, CA, who has served in this role over the last four years and who will remain a valued director of the Company.
Mr. Bullock is a senior finance professional with more than 20 years of international experience who has a strong track record in both public and private companies with public accounting, restructuring and corporate finance duties at KPMG and Deloitte. Mr. Bullock brings more than a decade of senior financial leadership where he has served as CFO at Norsat International Inc., Ascalade Communications Inc., and most recently as CEO at Stormtech Performance Apparel Ltd. He is a veteran of companies characterized by significant growth, international operations and sophisticated commercial transactions. Mr. Bullock's appointment as CFO of the Company is effective immediately.
