Pacific Potash Corp Announces Change in Executive Leadership

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 17, 2014 / Pacific Potash Corporation (TSX-V: PP; OTCQX: PPOTF; FSE: P9P, "Pacific Potash", "the Company") today announces a leadership transition under which Mr. Balbir Johal will step down as interim CEO of the Company, effective immediately.

The Board of Directors ("The Board") would like to thank Mr. Johal for his dedication, passion, entrepreneurial spirit and leadership displayed in managing the Company. He will continue to provide guidance, oversight and expertise to Pacific Potash in his roles as Executive Co-Chairman and Director.

The Board intends to commence a search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer, and will consider both internal and external candidates.
