("MKR") to globally market MKR's portfolio of products including its flagship innovation, PurMist(R). Additionally, the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Protect The Force ("PTF") has entered into a separate agreement with MKR to provide MKR with representation and sales support including field sales, program sales and military base retail representation, to the United States Government and its affiliated federal agencies. Both agreements include provisions to gain exclusive territorial rights based on success.
