("Mission Ready" or "MRSI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that defense industry executive and decorated Army veteran, Carlton A Fulmore, will join the Company as Director of Military and Government Programs for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Protect The Force Inc. ("Protect The Force" or "PTF").

Mr. Fulmore comes to the Company with an in-depth knowledge of the industry and brings over 20 years of experience from a distinguished career in the military where he served in multiple capacities, including the Infantry, Special Forces and the Acquisition Corps. In his new role with the Company, Mr. Fulmore will oversee PTF's business development efforts with respect to tactical products for the military which includes the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Special Operations Command and the Federal sector

Carl has worked on all aspects of Soldier protective equipment to include hard & soft armor, plate carriers, tactical vests, helmet sensors, parachutes, load carriage/modular lightweight load-carrying equipment, ballistic helmets and other products since 2005. Having served as both a Non-Commissioned Officer and Commissioned Officer in multiple Infantry and Special Forces assignments and deployments, combined with his Army Acquisition experience, he has a very unique perspective on all facets of personal protective equipment. Since retiring from the Army, Carl has served in several business development positions for both large defense contractors and small businesses where he has been instrumental in winning large program-level contracts.
