(OTCQX: SXOOF) (CSE: SX) (FSE: 85G1) regretfully announces the departure of Mr. Robert Gardhouse as its interim President and CEO effective immediately. Mr. Gardhouse mentioned health and personal reasons for his resignation. St-Georges would like to wish him all the best in his current and future endeavours.
Mr. Frank Dumas, current Executive Chairman and Director of the company, will step in as the new CEO and President. In light of his new duties Mr. Dumas will forego his position as Executive Chairman of the company. Mr. Mark Billings, current director, will take on the role of non-Executive Chairman.
