VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / ACCESSWIRE / May 29, 2014 /  Nevada Clean Magnesium, Inc. (TSXV: NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTC Pink Sheets: MLYFF) (the "Company" or "Nevada Clean") today announced the appointments of Britt Bell and Daniel Hentges to the Company's Technical Advisory Board, which is tasked with providing technical advice and counsel to Nevada Clean's Board of Directors and management team on technical matters relating to the development of the Company's Tami-Mosi Magnesium Project in North Central Nevada.

In February 2014, Nevada Clean announced Britt Bell, owner of Silvertip Design NW, was engaged by the Company to prepare detailed engineering plans for the construction and development of a proprietary pilot reduction furnace for the Tami-Mosi Project. "Since we first began working with Britt, it became immediately evident that his 46 years of experience in mechanical engineering brought our Company someone with immense talent, specialized expertise and light metal industry sophistication that would further enhance and complement the strength of our Technical Advisory Board. We are very pleased that he has agreed to expand his role with Nevada Clean as we move our project development efforts forward," noted Edward Lee, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nevada Clean.

Since 1968 and before founding Silvertip Design in 2011, Bell has worked as a Project Engineer involved in mechanical engineering and design for companies operating within the Northwestern U.S. aluminum industry, including ARCO Metals, Columbia Falls Aluminum, Valco Aluminum Company and A2Z Engineering. Bell is a graduate of LeTourneau College in Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

"I have spent my entire career in aluminum casting plants and have greatly enjoyed the rewarding work and overcoming the many professional challenges I have encountered along the way. I'm looking forward to teaming with the other members of Nevada Clean's Technical Advisory Board to help ensure that the Tami-Mosi Project is fully optimized and proves very successful," stated Bell.

From 1975 through the present, Daniel Hentges rose through the ranks at Northwest Alloys, Inc., a subsidiary of Alcoa, a global leader in lightweight metals engineering and manufacturing. For the past 23 years, his focus has been largely on the production of ferrosilicon and magnesium metal for the world's industrial markets. Hentges earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 from Eastern Washington State College.

"Similar to Britt, Dan's proven industry experience and technical know-how is sure to greatly complement that of our other world class Technical Advisory Board members," added Lee.

Commenting on his appointment, Hentges said, "I am very excited about being invited to participate in and actively support the Company's Tami-Mosi Magnesium Project. Nevada Clean's supply of high quality dolomite assets is indeed impressive and has the potential to play a very meaningful role in helping to meet the growing global demand for magnesium metal."
