("DataMiners") announced that it has filed on SEDAR, amended and restated unaudited interim financial statements for the three months ended January 31, 2014, which financial statements have been amended to reflect $5,000 of capital which was received from the sale of 100,000 common shares on January 14, 2014. The issuance was referred to in a subsequent event note contained in the Corporation's October 31, 2013 audited financials and was inadvertently omitted from the January 31, 2014 financial statements.
The corresponding updates have also been made to the Management Discussion and Analysis for the same period.
