Mr. Collins received his B.Sc, Mining Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines and his work experience includes manager, general manager, supervisor/project lead up to Chief Operating Officer for various mining operations in North America over the last 21 years. Mr. Collins extensive experience includes all aspects of mining engineering, mine management, extractive metallurgy and mining in general, including safety, environmental permitting and compliance, and reclamation. He has worked in metal and non-metal, surface and underground mining operations with an emphasis on narrow-vein precious metal deposits, with experience in telluride, sulphide and free-milling gold/silver mining and processing. Mr. Collins is a Qualified Person for public company compliance, an active member of Society of Mining Engineers, Colorado Mining Association, Northwest Mining Association and Mining and Metallurgical Society of America. He was former Vice-President, Colorado Front Range Mine Rescue and is a current active team member and a certified MSHA instructor.
The Company has granted an incentive stock option to Mr. Collins to acquire up to 100,000 common shares at $0.05 per share for a two year period.
