PALO ALTO, CALIFORNIA / ACCESSWIRE / May 4th, 2014 / - After months of development, Effacts has released a brand new version of their Boardroom App. The app, which serves as their meeting management solution for Apple’s iPad, is now compatible with iOS7. Current users of the Boardroom App can automatically download the new software and install it onto their iPads.

The Boardroom App is primarily designed to improve meeting efficiency by increasing organization and creating a clear agenda for everyone to follow. More than just a regular update, Effacts made several improvements over their previous Boardroom App. These include:

- A redesigned look that conforms to iOS 7 guidelines
- Ability to designate various documents as read or unread
- Typewriter annotations
- Page numbers on PDF documents
- Improved backup functionality

- Several minor visual changes, including a difference between the Boardroom and the online back office
