Shares of DRL down 62.02% on nearly 2.4 million shares traded making it one of the biggest decliners on the NYSE. The stock even hit a new 52-week low of $3.33 during intra-day trading. The company recently said that it is in the process of developing a revised capital plan intended to enable the Company to remain in compliance with the requirements of its regulators.

Shares of ORCL closed down modestly in the red on Friday with about 10.7 million shares traded. The stock was upgraded by Societe Generale to a “Buy” rating with the firm citing valuation and potential upside related to the upgrade cycle in the database business. The firm raised its price target for shares from $38 to $47.
