("Gatekeeper" or the "Company") (TSX.V: GSI) is pleased to announce that it has received a purchase order from Douglas County School District, Nevada, to upgrade their fleet of school buses with Gatekeeper's wireless system, the 304SD Mobile Digital Video Recorder.
The 304SD Mobile Digital Video Recorder comes equipped with WiFi and Gatekeeper's unique Autowake function, which enables the user to turn on the DVR and WiFi radio in the vehicle in order to access video remotely.

A total of 29 systems with four cameras on each system has been ordered, with a total contract value of $93,478.
