Rite Aid CFO Sells 1.9M Shares; Plug Power Priced Follow-on Offering at $5.50 a Share

Shares of Masco Corporation closed down 7.44% this past Friday with about 17 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest decliners on the NYSE. The company missed expectations for earnings in the first quarter. Masco reported earnings of 15 cents a share, which missed analysts' estimates of 17 cents a share by 2 cents.

Shares of Plug Power closed down 10.65% on about 51.5 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest decliners on the NASDAQ on Friday. The company priced a follow-on offering. Plug Power priced 22.6 million shares at $5.50 a share with the expectation of raising a total of $124.3 million. The company announced on April 22 it had expected to sell 15 million shares.

LATF shares closed up 25% on about 318 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest gainers in the OTC market this past Friday. The company announced that it has made formal application to the Colorado Department of Revenue, Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division for the State's Optional Premise Cultivation License (OPC). State regulations permit only a center licensee or an MMJ edible manufacturer can apply for the OPC.
