Wall Street Fundamentals Releases New In-Depth Stock Reports on DOW, GCI, LEG and WM

U.S. markets were relatively muted Thursday as investors awaited Friday's jobs report. According to economists surveyed by the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. economy is expected to have added 200,000 jobs in March, which compares to 175,000 in February. The unemployment rate is expected to fall slightly to 6.6 percent. "If you have a decent economy, a modestly growing economy, that's supportive of corporate earnings and stocks can continue to benefit from that," said John Fox, director of research at Fenimore Asset Management.

The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) shares traded in the range of $49.27 to $50.43 Thursday before settling to close at $49.56, a decrease of 0.68 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $50.64 and $51.93 levels with some support at $49.25 and $47.85. The company currently offers an annual dividend of $1.50 for a yield of roughly 3.60 percent. Shares of Dow Chemical have gained approximately 12.0 percent year-to-date.

Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) shares traded in the range of $27.61 to $28.32 Thursday before settling to close at $27.76, a decrease of 1.10 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $27.89 and $28.65 levels with some support at $27.07 and $26.90. The company currently offers an annual dividend of $0.80 for a yield of roughly 2.88 percent. Shares of Gannett have gained approximately 6.0 percent year-to-date.

The company currently offers an annual dividend of $1.50 for a yield of roughly 3.60 percent. Shares of Waste Management have fallen approximately 7.0 percent year-to-date.
