U.S. Reaches $5.15B Environmental Settlement with Anadarko; On Semiconductor Corp. to Acquire Truesense Imaging for $92M

Anadarko Petroleum closed up 14.51% on nearly 45 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest gainers on the NYSE and hit a new yearly high of $100.00 during intra-day trading.
