Pandora Media March Active Listener Hours Up 14% in March; eBay Looking to Grow Annual Revenue to $21B by 2015

Pandora Media closed down 5.06% on nearly 18.5 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest decliners on the NYSE. Earlier in the week the company released March audience metrics. Pandora's listener hours for March were 1.71 billion, a 14% increase from the 1.49 billion listeners it had in March 2013.

The company has said that it wants to grow annual revenue to more than $21 billion by 2015, up from $14.1 billion in 2012, and hit $110 billion in annual sales through its online marketplace, which easily beat JPMorgan Chase’s estimate of $101 billion.

In connection with the offering, Catalyst has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,698,750 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
