The goal of this program is to improve the diagnosis and management of wide complex tachycardia (WCT). After hearing and assimilating this program, the clinician will be better able to:

1. Assume that WCT is ventricular tachycardia (VT) until proven otherwise.

2. Recommend the appropriate drug for the treatment of VT and know the contraindications.

3. Identify the ECG findings that are predictive of VT.

4. Recognize the conditions that mimic slow VT.

5. Improve interpretation of ECG.
