(TSX.V: PFE) (the "Company" or "Pan American") is pleased to announce that Mr. Sukhprit Sajan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sajan is replacing Mr. Herrick Lau, who has held the position since May 2012. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Lau for his contributions as CFO, and looks forward to his continued participation with the Company's future Advisory Board.
Mr. Sajan has been VP Finance with the Company since March 2013 and has several years of experience working in rapidly growing companies in various locations including North and Central America, the Caribbean, United Kingdom and Europe. Over the course of his career, Mr. Sukhprit has been retained in a variety of roles and undertaken a broad range of fiduciary and financial responsibilities, including: cash management and treasury functions, implementation of financial systems and controls, enhancement of policies and procedures, financial and management reporting, and team development.
