Effective immediately, John Garden has resigned as a director of the Company.

Newly appointed, Heather Heaman, was formerly President of Heaman Communication Services, a private Speech-Language Pathology practice that was acquired by CBI Home Health in June of 2013.

Ms. Heaman continues her leadership role as Director of Operations with CBI Home Health, and brings her extensive experience in patient services, risk management, performance improvement and strategic directions to Open Source Health.
