Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) shares fell 8.34 percent to close at $34.60 a share Tuesday. The stock traded between $32.76 and $35.74 on volume of 6.22 million shares traded. A Utah court has denied the company’s motion to block Ambry Genetics from selling its BRCA 1 and BRCA 2 gene tests. Shares of Myriad Genetics are up approximately 65.0 percent year-to-date.

Nuverra Environmental Solutions Inc. (NYSE: NES) shares dropped 15.23 percent to close at $15.25 a share Tuesday. The stock traded between $15.06 and $17.88 on volume 1.55 million shares traded. The company has agreed to sell its Industrial Solutions segment, Thermo Fluids Inc., to VeroLube, Inc. for $175.0 million. Outerwall Inc. (NASDAQ: OUTR) shares declined 5.69 percent to close at $64.51 a share Tuesday. The stock traded between $64.43 and $66.83 on volume of 1.92 million shares traded.
