The Company has developed a renewable energy product known as “bio-coal”.  Bio-coal is manufactured from organic waste products, primarily timber waste, using special torrefaction technology.  The torrefaction technology converts plant and wood biomass into a clean and renewable, high-energy material, which can be co-fired in existing coal-fired power plants to reduce the pollution and climate change impacts caused by traditional coal.  In addition, the Company recently announced that it has expanded its business model to include the manufacturing of a product known as “biochar” for various agricultural applications including the medical marijuana and hemp industries.
