The company reported total revenues were RMB2.19 billion (US$361.4 million) for the fourth quarter of 2013, an increase of 11.5 percent when compared to the previous quarter. Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI) shares surged 10.14 percent to close at $13.14 a share Monday. The stock traded between $12.86 and $13.75 on volume of 2.09 million shares traded. The company reported revenues were $31.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2013, an increase of 47.0 percent when compared to a year ago. VirnetX Holding Corporation (NYSEMKT: VHC) shares spiked 7.33 percent to close at $20.93 a share Monday. The stock traded between $17.53 and $25.49 on volume of 5.47 million shares traded. According to a recent regulatory filing, the company was awarded an on-going royalty of 0.98 percent on certain Apple products. Shares of VirnetX are up approximately 8.0 percent year-to-date.
