Ms. Mahler hails from an extensive background of operational and venture capital experience where she has excelled in creating and building shareholder value in numerous natural resource and technology companies. She currently serves as President and CEO of Computational Geosciences Inc. The company provides leading edge geophysical data processing services to some of the world's largest mining companies in order to maximize the value of their exploration activities.
Ms. Mahler brings with her to DuSolo a long list of board member experience with both private and public companies. She is a Director and member of the Compensation and Audit committees for Benev Capital Inc. (TSX:BEV) and was a member of the Board of Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. (NYSE/TSX:TRQ - Formerly Ivanhoe Mines) and served on its Compensation and Audit committees for a period of 4 years.
