Wall Street Fundamentals Releases New In-Depth Stock Reports on RSOL, SPWR, SUNE and YGE

Solar stocks have surged in 2014 on growing support from the U.S. government. “It’s not just oil and natural gas production that’s booming; we’re becoming a global leader in solar, too,” President Obama said in his State of the Union address. "Every four minutes, another American home or business goes solar; every panel pounded into place by a worker whose job can’t be outsourced. Let’s continue that progress with a smarter tax policy that stops giving US$4 billion a year to fossil fuel industries that don’t need it, so that we can invest more in fuels of the future that do," he added. The Guggenheim Solar ETF (NYSEARCA: TAN) has gained 23.0 percent year-to-date. Here is how some solar stocks reacted Friday:

Real Goods Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSOL) shares traded in the range of $3.78 to $3.90 Friday before settling to close at $3.83, an increase of 0.52 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $3.96 and $4.19 levels with some support at $3.74 and $3.61. Shares of Real Goods Solar have gained approximately 26.0 percent year-to-date.

SunPower Corporation (NASDAQ: SPWR) shares traded in the range of $33.22 to $34.47 Friday before settling to close at $33.79, a decrease of 0.50 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $34.29 and $35.35 levels with some support at $33.36 and $32.36. Shares of SunPower have gained approximately 13.0 percent year-to-date.

Sunedison Inc. (NYSE: SUNE) shares traded in the range of $16.22 to $16.60 Friday before settling to close at $16.54, an increase of 1.04 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at $17.19 with some support at the $14.93 and $13.68 levels. Shares of Sunedison have gained approximately 26.0 percent year-to-date.

Yingli Green Energy Hold. Co. Ltd. (NYSE: YGE) shares traded in the range of $6.05 to $6.30 Friday before settling to close at $6.06, a decrease of 3.66 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $6.14 and $6.54 levels with some support at $5.73 and $5.40. Shares of Yingli Green Energy have gained approximately 20.0 percent year-to-date.
