40 Acre Hemp / Medical Marijuana Land Project Escrow Update
The Company would like to report that the initial results of the due diligence period could not be going any better. We have already determined that a well can be placed on the land, thus providing plenty of irrigation and the preliminary title results show a clean title. The company has just ordered a soils test to confirm that the land is suitable for Hemp cultivation, and has already been advised by a Hemp cultivation expert that the crop will thrive on the property. The company is engaging a planner this week to properly lay out the parcel for presentation to the proper permitting authorities.

XTRM Cannabis Ventures plans to develop the 40 acres to accommodate up to five 20,000 sqft warehouses for indoor marijuana / cannabis growth, 20 acres for outdoor Hemp cultivation for biodiesel, and an industrial center to process marijuana / cannabis into smokeless products."
