Mr. Dai brings extensive experience leading financial operations in both publicly and privately-held companies, in a variety of audit, advisory, M&A and valuation engagements.

Mike Dai is a Chartered Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst, and an alumnus of Grant Thornton LLP. He obtained his Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.

Dai succeeds Mark Olson as CFO. "We would like to thank Mark Olson for the outstanding work that he did while serving as interim CFO," said Satveit, "Mark played an instrumental role while taking us through the initial audit and RTO process. We were grateful to have his involvement."
