Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPTT) shares closed up 53.58 percent on Tuesday making Ocean Power one of the biggest winners in the NASDAQ. Nano Labs Corp. (OTCBB: CTLE) shares closed down 17.72 percent on Tuesday with about 3.8 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest droppers in the OTCBB marketplace.
