Bauer to Lead One Llama in Bringing Audio Artificial Intelligence to Wearable Devices and the Internet of Things

Founded by some of the world's leading experts in machine learning and the semantic web, the One Llama team has invented an advanced audio artificial intelligence system. Bauer will lead One Llama in bringing this system, with its "artificial ear" to manufacturers of wearable devices and audio-oriented mobile Apps to enable a new wave of audio-smart devices.

One Llama's artificial intelligence technology is based on research that began over 10 years ago at the University of Illinois National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) when One Llama's founders received a grant from the National Science Foundation. The team used machine learning and developed novel methods to analyze large datasets of sound information and other data types.
