Shares of Bristol-Meyers Squibb closed up a modest 3.56% on Monday with about 11.1 million shares traded. Shares went higher following a company upgrade. BMO Capital Markets analyst upgraded the stock, saying Bristol-Myers has a promising group of cancer drug. Analyst Alex Arfaei raised his rating to "Outperform" from "Market Perform" and lifted his price target from $56 to $60 per share. Four insiders at drug giant Bristol-Myers Squibb sold 166,411 shares for $8,136,602, an average of $48.89 each, through open-market sales and options exercises from Feb. 4 through 6.

Shares of GTAT closed up a little over 9% on Monday and shot to a new 52-week high of $11.99 during intra-day trading. The stock traded over 21 million shares compared to an average of 5.5 million shares. The company gained 13.5% last Friday after a report revealed that Apple will use sapphire crystal displays in future iPhones. According to a 9To5Mac report GT Advanced has ordered inspection tools that would help the company produce sapphire crystal displays for mobile devices.

Advanced Cannabis Solutions closed up 5.52% on Monday with about 78,000 shares traded. Though the company did not see a massive change in trading volume compared to average it was still considered one of the most active stocks in the OTCBB market. The stock has soared 447 percent this year and has obtained as much as $30 million in credit to help acquire properties that it will lease to marijuana growers.

Shares of HEMP closed down about 26% on Monday making it one of the biggest droppers in the OTC market. Despite the drop the stock saw an incredible boost in volume traded with nearly 225 million shares traded. This is in comparison to an average of nearly 55 million shares. The company applauded President Obama for signing the 2014 Agricultural Act into law which contained a provision making it legal, under Federal law, for universities and state agricultural departments to grow and research the industrial properties of hemp without penalty, in states where the once controversial crop is legal. This will open enormous new economic opportunities for Hemp, Inc. as the only industrial hemp publicly traded company.
