Gray Fox Petroleum Corp. (OTCBB: GFOX) shares closed up 11.86 percent on Monday with nearly 600,000 shares traded. Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA) shares closed down 3.09 percent on Monday with about 19 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest decliners in the NASDAQ and hit a new 52-week high of $54.96 before retracing. The company is reported to be considering sweetening its offer for Time Warner Cable Inc. to somewhere in the low $140s. Its initial bid of $132.50 per share ($37.3 billion) was rejected.

SK3 Group Inc. (OTC: SKTO) shares closed up 23.33 percent on Monday with nearly 73 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest gainers in the OTC market. The company announced January 31st that it has officially launched its Janes Card™ (http://www.janescard.com/) benefits and payment card. The Janes Card™ is a universal benefits-based prepaid card along with a payment solution and rewards program that is intended to build customer loyalty for all retailers that accept it throughout California.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) shares closed up a modest 0.66 percent on Monday with about 61 million shares traded. The stock had one of the biggest volume advances on the NYSE. The company announced positive top-line results from PALOMA-1 evaluating palbociclib plus letrozole in women with advanced breast cancer.
