Mercator Transport Announces Termination of Agreement with EP Minerals and Departure of a Director

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, February 3, 2014 - Mercator Transport Group Corporation ("Mercator Transport" or the "Corporation") (TSX-V: GMT), announces today that it has received a notice of termination from EP Minerals, LLP ("EP Minerals"), terminating the Distribution and Supply Agreement dated December 28, 2007, between one of the Corporations' subsidiaries, 6432328 Canada Inc. ("Canada") and EP Minerals (the "Agreement").

The Agreement was terminated by EP Minerals as a result of Canada failing to fulfill its payment obligations under the terms of the Agreement.

The Corporation also announces that Mr. Andre Brosseau has resigned as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors for personal reasons.

Mr. Brosseau will however remain as observer of Board meetings, which will allow the Corporation to continue to benefit from Mr. Brosseau's business and financial experience.
