Easton Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTC: EAPH) shares closed down 13.95 percent on over 100 million shares traded this past Friday. The stock was one of the biggest movers in the OTC market and hit a new 52-week high of $0.02 during intra-day trading. The company announced it has moved to the next level of medical marijuana negotiations towards a possible investment / partnership with a private Canadian Company. In addition, Easton Pharmaceuticals is moving towards signing a contract to retain and hire a senior legal expert on Medical Marijuana in Canada to file a growers / distributorship license on behalf of Easton Pharmaceuticals.

Growlife, Inc. (OTCBB: PHOT) shares closed up 11.36 percent on about 63 million shares traded. The stock had one of the biggest volume advances in the OTCBB market. The company announced that Organic Growth International, LLC, its joint venture with CANX USA, LLC, has entered into an agreement to purchase a 40% equity stake in RXNB Inc., to sell and distribute RXNB proprietary technologies globally, and share profits related to technology licensing, subject to the approval of the GrowLife Board of Directors.  GrowLife currently has a 45% ownership interest in OGI, with conditions under which it can gain majority interest.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. (NYSE: CMG) shares closed up 11.74 percent on Friday with about 2.1 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest gainers on the NYSE and hit a new high of $568.90 during intra-day trading. The stock was the biggest gainer among restaurants in the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index last year. The company said fourth-quarter profit rose 30 percent as more customers visited its stores.

Mattel, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAT) shares closed down 12.02 percent on Friday with a little over 20 million shares traded. The stock hit a new 52-week low of $37.19 during intra-day trading that day and was one of the biggest decliners on the NASDAQ. The company's fourth-quarter revenue sank 6%, and profit fell short of estimates. "We just didn't sell enough Barbie dolls," Mattel Chief Executive Bryan G. Stockton said Friday in a conference call with analysts.
