The Company's common stock has been assigned the following new CUSIP number: 849113105 and ISIN number: CA 8491131055. However, the Company's ticker symbol of SPO remains unchanged. It is anticipated that Shares will begin trading under the new name on Friday, January 10, 2014. Outstanding stock certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged. In addition, the Company's registered office address has also been changed. The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr. Myles Bartholomew has been appointed to the board upon the increase of the size of the board to four directors.
