Toronto, January 6, 2014 - Golden Share Mining Corporation ("Golden Share" or the "Corporation" - TSXV:GSH) is pleased to announce the nomination of Dr. Zhijun He to the board of directors of the Corporation.
Dr. Zhijun He is a professional geologist with over 20 years of experience in geological research and mineral exploration. He is recipient of the 11th Silver Hammer Prize in Geological Science awarded by Geological Society of China. He currently serves as manager of the Geological Services Division of Sinotech Minerals Exploration Co., Ltd. and as general manager of its subsidiary Sinodrill Co., Ltd. Dr. He holds a Ph.D diploma in Petrology and Economic Geology from China University of Geosciences (Beijing). Dr. Zhijun He is also an AusIMM member.
Dr. He replaces Dr. Wenshan (Wilson) Zhang, who has resigned from the board of directors of the Corporation. Golden Share would like to thank Dr. Zhang for his support and contribution and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.
