(TSX-V: PEM; OTC Pink Current: PMMEF) ("Premium" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Baughman as Chief Geologist of the Company. Mr. Baughman has over thirty years of experience in the resource exploration and development industry, having worked for several major industry participants including Kennecott Greens Creek and MK Gold Company. Mr. Baughman is a graduate of the University of Wyoming (1983) with a degree in geology.
Mr. Baughman's vast experience includes over ten years in Alaska where he began working for Anaconda Minerals Company in the Alaska Range, 40 miles north of the Terra project. Additionally, Mr. Baughamn has worked on a number of other Alaskan projects including Illinois Creek, Cleary Summit, and Greens Creek. He has also worked extensively in Mexico, Central, and South America as well as Kyrgyzstan & Mongolia. More recently, Mr. Baughman was the CEO of a successful uranium startup, High Plains Uranium.
