However, the agreement will still remain contingent on getting the MOU proposal ratified by its members.

Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) shares jumped 2.44% to $56.44. The company on Dec. 20 announced the pricing of its underwritten registered public offering of 70,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $55.05 per share. A total of 27,004,761 shares are being offered by Facebook, and a total of 42,995,239 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders, including 41,350,000 shares offered by Mark Zuckerberg. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on December 26, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
Additionally, the company on Dec. 17 said it soon plans to begin video advertising within members' News Feeds, a move that takes aim at massive spending budgets for television ads. The social-networking giant says in a "short amount of time" marketers will be able to tap into video ads. Facebook is testing out an ad for the film Divergent with a small number of people this week.

Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) shares climbed 0.70% to $25.24. Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. (MSPD), on Dec. 16, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell the assets of its wireless infrastructure business unit to Intel Corporation (INTC). The asset sale was contemplated by the agreement and plan of merger with M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. (MTSI), announced on Nov. 5, 2013.
Additionally, ViaWest, the leading colocation services provider in North America, on Dec. 3 announces its partnership with Intel (NASDAQ: INTC) to house their most efficient and densely packed supercomputer in ViaWest's Hillsboro Data Center located in northwest Oregon. The supercomputer recently received the number 400 ranking on the Top 500 Supercomputer List for the most powerful computer systems in use today.

Tiger Oil and Energy Inc (OTCMKTS:TGRO) shares closed at $0.9110. Tiger Oil and Energy, Inc. has signed an election to participate in the first of three wells with TOTO Energy LLC in Cowley County Kansas. Tiger will earn a 30% working interest and a 24.45% Net Royalty Interest in the well. Cost of the first well has increased to $630,000 because of the cold weather for drilling and fracking each well with Tiger's cost of 30% to be $189,000 per well and will be scheduled for early spring.
Toto Energy LLC will be the operator of these wells. Toto is a Texas oil and gas producer with over 100,000 acres under lease in Kansas currently for future joint development. Toto has been aggressively drilling in Kansas in 2013 with 8 wells completed and four more in stages of completion by December in Cowley County KS.
