Vancouver, British Columbia, December 23rd, 2013: Nanotech Security Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: NTS), developer of next-generation security and authentication products based on nanotechnology, announces that it has retained Three Part Advisors LLC. of Dallas, Texas to provide investor relations and capital markets advisory services in the United States.
Three Part Advisors employs seasoned Wall Street professionals and will work directly with management to develop and execute a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program that focuses on educating investors and increasing exposure within the investment community. In addition to providing investor relations consulting services, Three Part Advisors also produces IDEAS Conferences, which are annual independent regional investor conferences that attract more than 100 quality presenting companies and more than 800 investors and analysts annually.
The Three Part Advisors investor relations agreement has a $9,500 per month fee. The ultimate term of this agreement cannot be predicted at this time. In conjunction with the engagement of Three Part Advisors, the Company is granting an aggregate of 85,000 three-year share purchase options at a strike price of $1.75 per share. The options will have applicable vesting conditions. The options and the Three Part Advisors agreement are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
