ENPAR Announces Shareholders' Meeting Results

December 19, 2013. Guelph, Ontario. At the Annual General & Special Meeting of the Corporation, the Shareholders of ENPAR Technologies Inc. ("the Company") the following proposals were approved:

  1. 1.)The Company's Board of Directors for 2013/2014, as elected by Shareholders - are as follows: Mr. Sunil Ghorawat, Dr. Barry Shelp, Dr. Gene Shelp, Mr. Edward Tsang, and Dr. Richard Woodling;

  1. 2.)NPT LLP, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the Company's auditors;

  1. 3.)Shareholders approved an increase in the number of common shares reserved under the Stock Option Plan to 20% of the Corporation's current outstanding capital less all shares issued for the exercise of stock options since December 31, 2012.
