Jabil Circuit (NYSE: JBL) shares closed down more than 20% Wednesday after the company posted mixed fiscal first-quarter 2014 results and weak forward guidance. The company also announced it will divest its aftermarket services division for $725 million. Quarterly revenue fell slightly from the same year-ago period, to $4.6 billion, which translated to adjusted core earnings of $0.51 per share. Analysts were modeling average adjusted earnings of $0.55 per share on sales of $4.49 billion. The stock traded nearly 25 million shares and hit a new 52-week low of $15.30 during intra-day trading.
