Two shareholders teamed up to target the company with activism. Corvex Management LP and Soroban Capital Partners LLC revealed in a filing late Monday they together own 5.3% of Williams’ shares and have been in discussions with the company, including asking for board seats and discussing the opportunity for deals in the midstream segment.

Provectus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTC: PVCT) shares closed down 7.30 percent on Tuesday with nearly 2.6 million shares traded. The stock was one of the most active stocks in the OTC market.
