Gold and Silver Mining of Nevada Inc. (OTC: CJTF) to Partner with Sierra Pacific
Projection Call for $20mm in gold and silver for processing approximately 125,000 tons of stockpiled certified ore

(OTC: "CJTF") http://www.goldandsilvermining.com/ is pleased to announce a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to initiate processing stockpiled ore located at the company’s Asset #26 (Reveille) location in Nye County, Nevada.
The Company has entered into a preliminary agreement with Sierra Pacific, Inc. an established mining concern operated by a management team with a long 30 year history of successfully mining gold and silver claims. The agreement provides for Sierra Pacific process all of thev stockpiled ore over a two year period. It is anticipated that the stockpiled ore should generate in excess of $20mm in gold and silver over the term of the processing agreement. This agreement provides for processing approximately 125,000 tons of stockpiled ore which is certified as to gold and silver content (7 ounces of silver and 0.02 ounces of gold per ton) and tonnage at the Reveille location.
