Olie Inc. (OTCBB: OLIE) shares closed up 266 percent on Monday with about 95 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest gainers in the OTCBB market. The unusual breakout came with no news released by the company. Olie Inc., a development stage company, focuses on providing music production services to independent musicians.

Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) shares closed up a modest 2 percent on Monday with about 23 million shares traded. The stock hit a new record high of $98.88 during intra-day trading. Goldman Sachs upgraded the stock to 'Buy' from 'Neutral.' Exxon has gained 13% so far this year, compared with 18% for energy stocks on the S&P 500.

Sigma Labs, Inc. (OTC: SGLB) shares closed down 7.32 percent on about 7.6 million shares traded on Monday. The stock was one of the biggest decliners and most actively traded stocks in the OTC market. The company announced it has signed a Joint Technology Development Agreement (JTDA) with Metronic Systems, LLC of Snoqualmie, WA.  The JTDA sets forth the parties' intent to collaborate commercially and technically in the production and marketing of precision 3D measurement products related to metal-based additive manufacturing.
