Wall Street Fundamentals Releases New In-Depth Stock Reports on CHK, DVN, ECA and LNG

Cold weather in recent months has seen natural gas prices rise to two-and-a-half-year highs. Natural-gas future rose 1.7 percent to $4.409 per million British thermal units last Thursday, the highest seen since July 2011. Prices for the commodity have spiked over 26.0 percent since the beginning of November. "There's a lot of people that are getting bullish at these levels," said Jason Williams, a commodity broker for Coquest. "People are worried about supply." Williams believes natural gas prices could rise by another 10 percent before the end of 2013.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE: CHK) shares traded in the range of $26.46 to $27.05 Friday before settling to close at $27.00, an increase of 1.01 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $27.27 and $28.51 levels with some support at $26.55. Shares of Chesapeake Energy have gained approximately 62.0 percent year-to-date.

Devon Energy Corp. (NYSE: DVN) shares traded in the range of $59.00 to $59.87 Friday before settling to close at $59.22, a decrease of 0.34 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $59.86 and $60.40 levels with some support at $58.79. Shares of Devon Energy have gained approximately 13.0 percent year-to-date.

Encana Corporation (NYSE: ECA)(TSX: ECA) shares traded in the range of $17.87 to $18.28 Friday before settling to close at $18.15, an increase of 0.67 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $18.43 and $18.66 levels with some support at $18.01. Shares of Encana have fallen approximately 8.0 percent year-to-date.

Cheniere Energy, Inc. (NYSEMKT: LNG) shares traded in the range of $40.76 to $42.66 Friday before settling to close at $40.93, a decrease of 3.92 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $41.41 and $42.21 levels with some support at $39.80. Shares of Cheniere Energy have gained approximately 115.0 percent year-to-date.
