TORONTO - December 10, 2013 - YANGAROO Inc. (TSX-V:YOO, OTBB:YOOIF), the industry's leading secure digital media management company, today announced the signing of a multi-year extension with the Academy of Country Music (ACM). As part of the extension, Academy members will continue to review as well as vote on nominees through the online YANGAROO Awards solution. YANGAROO Awards, which is powered by the company's patented Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) platform, streamlines every aspect of award-show management - from nominations to auditing.

Each spring, the ACM Awards, produced by dick clark productions, presents awards honoring country music's top and hottest emerging talent. The Academy's professional membership votes on the recipients in three rounds and winners of the televised categories receive their trophies during the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards telecast broadcast LIVE from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, April 6, 2014, at 8:00 PM live ET/delayed PT on the CBS Television Network.

"By leveraging the YANGAROO Awards solution, the Academy has not only been able to facilitate voting by our members, but we have made the process of selecting winners greener and more cost-effective," said Tiffany Moon, EVP/Managing Director for the Academy. "At the same time, our members have the added convenience of a secure web interface for entering their choices."

"YANGAROO Awards has become the standard for awards show management in North America, and we're honored that the Academy will be continuing to work with us during such an exciting time in their history," said Cliff Hunt, Vice Chairman and COO of YANGAROO Inc. "This agreement reinforces the increasingly important role of digital management for awards shows seeking to encourage greater participation in their efforts to recognize the best from each of their respective genres."
