Wall Street Fundamentals Releases New In-Depth Stock Reports on KOS, MRO, UPL and WRES

Energy stocks received a boost Friday as futures surged on a stronger-than-anticipated jobs report. Oil futures finished up 5.3 percent when compared to the previous week. On Friday, the Labor Department reported 203,000 new jobs were added in November, while the unemployment rate declined to 7.0 percent. "These were spectacular jobs numbers and will ultimately be supportive for energy prices," said partner John Kilduff with energy hedge fund Again Capital LLC. "We’ve already seen demand pick up, and this is a signal that it will be stronger going ahead."

Kosmos Energy Ltd. (NYSE: KOS) shares traded in the range of $11.12 to $11.32 Friday before settling to close at $11.31, an increase of 1.62 percent. The stock appears to have some support at the $11.29, $11.14 and $10.92 levels. Shares of Kosmos Energy have fallen approximately 8.0 percent in 2013.

Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) shares traded in the range of $36.30 to $36.82 Friday before settling to close at $36.56, an increase of 0.69 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $37.78 and $38.05 levels with some support at $36.49. Shares of Marathon Oil have gained approximately 19.0 percent in 2013.

Ultra Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: UPL) shares traded in the range of $21.02 to $21.43 Friday before settling to close at $21.35, an increase of 1.62 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $21.54 and $21.77 levels with some support at $21.00. Shares of Ultra Petroleum have gained approximately 17.0 percent in 2013.

Warren Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: WRES) shares traded in the range of $3.15 to $3.25 Friday before settling to close at $3.23 a share, an increase of 1.57 percent. The stock appears to be facing some resistance at the $3.25 and $3.44 levels with some support at $3.10. Shares of Warren Resources have gained approximately 15.0 percent in 2013.
