Golden Coast's Special Meeting Held – Overwhelming Shareholder Support For Farm-In Agreement with Red Pine Investments Ltd.

Vancouver B.C. December 6, 2013: Golden Coast Energy Corp. Golden Coast Energy Corp. ("Golden Coast" or the "Company") held a Special Meeting of Shareholders on November 7, 2013 and is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed in the information circular were passed. In particular the shareholders overwhelmingly approved a farm-in agreement with Red Pine Investments Ltd. ("Red Pine") whereby the Company has granted Red Pine an option to acquire a 60% interest in certain oil and gas wells held by Golden Coast in Alberta ( refer to news releases on August 9, 2013 and October 3, 2013).
